Mrs Brown's Boys actor Fiona O’Carroll 'delighted' for ex-husband Martin Delany as he lives his 'best life'

Mrs Brown's Boys actor Fiona O’Carroll has admitted she is “delighted” for ex-husband Martin Delany as he lives his “best life” in Portugal.

The Mrs Brown’s Boys star opened up about her love life since announcing her divorce last year.

She explained neither she or Martin should have to “settle” as it was unfair on them and their kids.

Fiona shared that there is still a lot of love between herself and Martin but their relationship wasn’t working.

She told Evoke: “I don’t think anyone should have to settle.


 

“It’s important for everyone to pursue happiness. Martin is living his best life in Portugal and I am delighted for him.”

Mrs Brown's Boys will RETURN to screens with a new series for the first time in 10 years - after two-year filming delay due to the pandemic

  Mrs Brown's Boys is returning to TV for a new four-part series. The hit sitcom has been a fixture of the Christmas TV schedules for over a decade but the upcoming episodes will mark the first new series since 2013. Creator Brendan O'Carroll - who also leads the cast as matriarch Agnes Brown - admitted the show has been 'thwarted twice' due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as it was originally scheduled to hit screens in 2021.
